Measure this before you call anyone
The diagnosis is five working days, fixed fee: a measured baseline, findings ranked by time recovered per effort, a roadmap and a benchmark plan. If there is nothing worth fixing, the report says so. This triage is a self-check, not a finding.
Triage logic: the verdict weighs what the slowness costs you against how much is already known about it. A large cost with little measurement is worth a diagnosis; a small cost, or a path already profiled down to one query, is usually a tuning job your team can do.
