Rey Narvaez founded Aripone after more than a decade as a senior engineer in regulated production: reinsurance, fintech, identity and money movement. He has integrated four payment rails on a regulated platform, delivered push-to-card over Visa Direct and Mastercard MoneySend, rebuilt a 27-hour processing job to 8 hours, and moved C# and .NET estates to modern stacks. Certified SAFe Agilist. B.Sc. Computer Science. English and Spanish, both directions.
He also runs Cerebro, a fleet of 26 agents across five hosts in continuous production since early 2026, with four MCP server integrations. It is not for sale; it is how we know what it takes to operate what we build.
